Eligibility

Full eligibility rules will be published with each call for applications. The general requirements are below.

Scholarships

• Palestinian students in Palestine
• Enrolled in, or admitted to, an undergraduate or graduate program
• Assessed on academic merit, financial need and commitment to community
• Relatives of the Foundation's directors, officers, selection committee members and major donors are not eligible

Research grants

• Palestinian scholars, educators and technologists
• Research carried out in Palestine
• Projects in engineering, computer science, education, public health or the applied sciences

Educational programs

• Students, educators and scholars in Palestine
• Delivered through partner institutions and online

Not eligible

• Members of the Board of Directors and staff of the Foundation, and their immediate families
